Dance for the Health of It is exercise through learning the basic steps of all dance styles including Rumba, Foxtrot, West Coast Swing, East Coast Swing, Cha-Cha, Waltz, and Charleston. We build routines one step at a time, all while dancing to great music. Three exercise levels are available. Join any level at any time. Take one, two or all three levels depending on the amount of dancing and exercise you want! |
