Dance for the Health of It is exercise through learning the basic steps of all dance styles including Rumba, Foxtrot, West Coast Swing, East Coast Swing, Cha-Cha, Waltz, and Charleston. We build routines one step at a time, all while dancing to great music. Three exercise levels are available. Join any level at any time. Take one, two or all three levels depending on the amount of dancing and exercise you want! |

Social Dances |
I have some exciting dances: Line Dances, Country Western Couples Dances, and special dance themes such as Sock Hops. Dances are a great place to practice what you have learned in Class and it is nice to socialize with your fellow dancers. Have a special event coming up? I can DJ or MC your line dance, couples dance or any special event. I can DJ any venue...Ballroom, Swing, Country, Sock-hop, Latin or theme dance. I have an expansive database of music for all the social dances. My state of the art sound system is streamlined so that it can easily set up anywhere whether it is a block party or a ballroom dance! |
